Organizing Your Mailbox

Sub-folders
Using sub-folders is a good way to keep your files organized. To create a new folder, click on File, New, and Folder. Next, you must name the folder and select the location of the folder. Most folders are placed under the Mailbox or Inbox area.

The Organize Tool
While in the Mail view, click Tools, and then Organize. You should see something similar to the picture below.


You can use this view to create folders and rules, and to organize using folders, colors, and views. By using colors to organize, you can set different messages to appear in different colors, which will allow you to pick out those that may be important to you.
