Once someone has given you permission to view their calendar, you need a way to get to it. In order to do this, you will need access to a Public Folder. If you don't have access to a Public Folder, or are unsure if you do or not, contact Nancye Jenkins (Nancye.Jenkins@unh.edu) or at 2-2977.
*(note that the "Originator" is the creator and primary maintainer of the group calendar).
1. Left-Click and hold on the Calendar.
2. Drag the Calendar to the Desktop. A Shortcut will be created.
3. Go to the Public Folder that both you and person who you are sharing your Calendar with have access to. Highlight the folder name.
4. Left-Click on the Shortcut you just created and drag it into the folder. You will need to drop it on the right side of the screen, not the Folder List. You will now notice that a file has been created that has your name as the sender and a subject is "Calendar".
1. Go the Public Folder that Originator placed the Calendar Shortcut in.
2. Left-Click on file that has the Originator's name as the sender and "Calendar" as the Subject, and Drag it to your Desktop.
3. Double-Click on the Shortcut to ensure that it works properly.
