The Global Address Book
The University Global Address Book is a list of all the University contacts along with their corresponding department. To access the Global Address Book, click on Tools, then Address Book.  Once you’ve clicked, your window will look something like this:

As you can see your University contacts are easily searchable by name to make adding contacts quick and easy.

Contacts
The Contacts folder is a place to keep your non-USNH e-mail addresses and personal distribution lists. Along with being able to store their e-mail address, you can store their home mailing address, phone numbers, and other pieces of information you wish to include. This folder may be viewed by selecting Contacts from the navigation bar on the left. (Outlined in red below)

To add a New Contact, click on File, New, and then Contact. From there you will be able to add their contact information, and save it to your contact list.
