The Outlook 2007 Calendar is a very useful tool to help set and maintain your schedule, create and discuss meeting plans, as well as give you up to date reminders of what is planned on a given day. Below is a guide to the basics of using the calendar and appointment functions, to help make your day a little easier.

(Your name and schedule will be already present there by default) This way, you can find a time where all of the individuals are available, and make sure the meeting or appointment will go off without a hitch.
