Outlook 2007 Mail

Sending Mail
When sending an e-mail to someone, you have to first create a new message. To do this, first make sure you have your inbox open, and simply click on the New icon on the top left, as pictured below.

Once you have clicked New, you will then select “Mail Message”. The box below will appear. If you know the person’s email off hand, simply type it into the “To…” box. If you don’t know it and then you may search for it in the Global Address Book by click on the “To…” icon. (link to global address book tutorial). When you are finished typing your message, click send and it wll be automatically send to the recipient in just a few moments.
