Organizing Your Mailbox

Below are a few ways you can keep your mailbox looking organized and tidy. You can do so without using any of the below tools, but they are only there to make life easier!

Sub- Folders
Using sub-folders is a great way to keep your emails organized. This way you can separate your emails based on their relevance. To create a new sub-folder, click on File, New, and then Folder. Then you will have to name the folder and select its location. By default, your folder will appear below your main inbox folder.

The Organize Tool
The Organize Tool (pictured below) will help you organize your color scheme, folder options, and your views. They are very basic straight forward settings that allow you to spruce up your view and keep it clean and neat to your standards.
